Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

Our testimonial productions start from $500 AUD.

What is included?

Our testimonial productions are can be up to 1.5 hours and include:

1 location, within 20km of Perth CBD

For testimonials with a location outside of 20km of Perth CBD, please contact us and let us know in the additional information section.

Will we own the video rights?

You own the finished videos, we can also provide you with the raw footage for future use. We will also request if you are okay with us sharing the content on our social media, this is completely optional and will of course depend on the sensitivity of the video that has been created.

In what format will I receive my video files?

We provide all of our finished videos via digital transfer. This means you receive your final product sooner and also helps to reduce wastage of resources.

When do I pay for my video?

We request 50% (Plus the cost of any special requirements e.g. room or crew hire) of the total payment at least 5 business days before the first shoot day. The final payment is then due within 5 days after the final shoot day is completed.
